 Rehvidpluss e-shop conditions for ordering and general terms and conditions
 
 1. The scope and validity of the conditions


1.1. The conditions shall apply to legal relations between all persons and the owner of the shopping environment www.RehvidPluss.com, Rehvid Pluss OÜ (registry code 11339888, Vana-Tartu mnt 74, Peetri, 75312, Estonia), which arise from the purchase of products from www.däck24.com e-shop.


1.2. In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relations arising from the purchase of products from www.däck24.com e-shop are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.


1.3. Rehvid Pluss OÜ has the right to change and amend a price list and these terms and conditions according to the development of www.däck24.com e-shop and in the interest of better and safer use of the e-shop. Changes and amendments of the price list and terms and conditions shall be communicated through the website www.däck24.com. The changes and amendments of the price list and terms and conditions shall enter into force after the publication of such change or amendment on the website www.rehvidpluss.com. If you placed your order before the changes of terms and conditions took effect, then terms and conditions valid at the time of the order being placed shall apply to legal relations between you and Rehvid Pluss OÜ, unless stated otherwise by the law or these terms and conditions.


2. Prices


2.1. Prices of www.däck24.com e-shop are valid in the event of timely payment of the invoice, in accordance with the provisions of clause 4.


2.2. All prices include VAT of 22%, unless specified otherwise on the price list.

 

3. Shopping cart and checkout


3.1. You can change the number of products in the shopping cart. You can also change the order quantity of products.


3.2. Enter the required data to customer information.


3.3. Pay attention while filling in customer information and information while confirming the order during checkout, since fast and smooth delivery of your purchased products depends on the accuracy and correctness of this information.


3.4. The sales agreement of goods is deemed to be entered (Entry into force) from the receipt of the amount, which is payable according to order confirmation, to Rehvid Pluss OÜ's bank account.


4. Payment for the products


4.1. The payment can be made via a bank transfer, by clicking on the button "Confirm order and send invoice", after which you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. An invoice will be sent to you by e-mail after the payment of purchase price to Rehvid Pluss OÜ's bank account.


4.2. The order is cancelled if the purchase price is not received within 3 days.


5. Time of delivery, delivery and transfer of products


5.1. Transport costs within Sweden are displayed in the shopping basket.


5.2. After the entry into force of the Agreement in accordance with article 3.4. of the Terms and Conditions, the products are delivered to you and you will be contacted on the phone number you submitted at checkout.


5.3. Tires which are specified to be IN STOCK at Rehvid Pluss OÜ's website are delivered within 3–5 working days, if the order is paid before 11 AM on a working day. Tires which are displayed as AVAILABLE have a delivery time of at least 3 working days. If the delivery time of these products turns out to be longer than 6 working days, we will contact you in 2 working days from the Agreement's entry into force in accordance with clause 3.4 of the Terms and Conditions.


5.4. If the product you ordered is not in stock, it must be specially ordered from the supplier, and it is obvious that delivery within timeframe specified in product description is impossible, and in other cases, when timely delivery of products is impossible due to circumstances that Rehvid Pluss OÜ is not responsible for, we shall inform you of this in 2 working days from the Agreement's entry into force, in accordance with clause 3.4. of the Terms and Conditions, on the phone number or e-mail address you submitted at checkout and also inform you of the delivery time of your ordered product. In case you lose interest in purchasing the product due to a longer delivery time, you have the right to cancel your order and the payment you made (including transport costs) shall be refunded.


5.5. After your ordered products are handed over to the courier company, they will contact you to specify the delivery time of the products or send you a notification about the estimated delivery time.


5.6. The courier company will deliver the products to the address you submitted at checkout. Later change of destination is not possible or is possible by personal arrangement with the courier company.


5.7. Please observe the accuracy of your contact information during checkout in order to avoid delays and misunderstandings in delivery of products. Neither Rehvid Pluss OÜ nor the courier company are responsible for a delay in product delivery and an occurred misunderstanding, if the delay or misunderstanding is caused by inaccuracy or incorrectness of information provided by you at checkout.


5.8. The products are handed over by the courier along with a packing slip. Before signing the packing slip, we strongly advise you to inspect the goods and in case of external damage, write a corresponding remark on the courier's packing slip. We kindly ask you to notify us of the damaged product on the e-mail address info@däck.com or on Rehvid Pluss OÜ telephone number +372 56 666 423. Products damaged by the courier company shall be replaced.


6. Cancellation of order and return of product


6.1. You have the right to cancel your order after the payment, but you have to do so before delivery of the products, by sending a relevant notice to e-mail address info@däck24.com along with an order number and your bank account number.


6.2. You have 14 days to inspect the products after you receive them. If the purchased goods are not suitable for whatever reason, you have the option to return the product or replace it with another product in 14 days according to Rehvid Pluss OÜ e-shop's return policy for Consumers.


7. Warranty and return of non-compliant products


7.1. Rehvid Pluss OÜ is responsible for non-conformity and defects of the products.

8. Liability and force majeure


8.1. Rehvid Pluss OÜ is responsible in front of you and you are responsible in front of Rehvid Pluss OÜ for damage caused by violation of these Terms and Conditions in the cases and to the extent provided by current legislation of the Republic of Estonia.


8.2. Rehvid Pluss OÜ shall not be liable for damages caused to you or for delays in delivery of the product, if damage or delay is due to a circumstance upon which Rehvid Pluss OÜ could not have any influence nor did Rehvid Pluss OÜ foresee its occurrence or if it could not be foreseen (force majeure).


9. Other conditions


9.1. All of Customers' personal data which becomes known while visiting and when purchasing on the Rehvid Pluss e-shop shall be treated as confidential information.


9.2. Matters not resolved in these Terms and Conditions are resolved in accordance with current legislation of the Republic of Estonia.


9.3. Disputes arising from ordering and purchasing products from www.däck24.com e-shop between you and Rehvid Pluss OÜ are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, you have the right of recourse to the Estonian Consumer Protection Board or Harju County Court. Disputes are resolved on the basis of current legislation of the Republic of Estonia.


10. Disclaimer


10.1. Product photos are for illustrative purposes.


10.2. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. In that case, Rehvid Plus OÜ reserves the right to waive the sale and to refund the payment to the Customer's bank account in 2 working days.


10.3. Rehvid Pluss OÜ reserves the right to waive the sale, if any of the following issues have occurred to the product: a human error has occurred when entering a price or a technical error in the system (for example, if a tire that costs 350 EUR is suddenly for sale for 50 EUR, it is obviously an error. Because of that, we expect that the Customer understands that it is an error and the product is not for sale for such a price).


10.4. Product information is checked and revised on a regular basis. Information may have been updated after your last visit. Inaccuracies may occur in e-shop product information due to insufficiencies in manufacturers' data sheets. In that case, the e-shop shall not take responsibility for the accuracy of product information.
